Science, inspiration, and practice: fifty young people spent last year on an internship with the Radius Center

For the Radius Center, 2025 was a period of stability, international networking, and strengthening relationships between young people interested in science and the research community. During the year, 50 internships took place, providing all participants with valuable experience, individual guidance, and the opportunity to participate in real scientific projects alongside professional teams.

Twenty-two partner institutions and organizations participated in the program. Their support enabled a broad focus for the internships and ensured the high professional level of the entire program. We greatly appreciate this cooperation—it is essential for the further development of the Radius Center.

The year 2025 also strengthened our international dimension. Young people from abroad participated in the internships – three from the US and others from Italy and Spain thanks to the Erasmus+ program. This diversity brought new impulses, energy, and experience that enriched both the participants themselves and our research teams and partner institutions.

We are also very pleased that several graduates of our internships have decided to continue their research and have entered doctoral studies. Their continued involvement confirms that the Radius Center is not just a place for short-term internships, but a real opportunity for growth and entry into the world of science.

We wish everyone who completed an internship, our partners, and our collaborators much inspiration, success, and enthusiasm for discovering new possibilities in the new year. Thank you for your trust and cooperation in 2025, and we look forward to joint projects, adventures, and successes in the coming year.
