Navrhovaná práce se zaměřuje na rozvoj metod počítačového vidění s důrazem na segmentaci objektů ve 2D datech. Ve spolupráci s mikrobiology budou analyzována data s konkrétními úlohami. Součástí studie bude výběr vhodných metrik pro porovnání účinnosti různých segmentačních metod.
